Bringing together members of the footwear industry to celebrate the most outstanding retailers, brands and individuals of the past 12 months, the Footwear Industry Awards 2018 will take place on 18 February at the National Conference Centre (formerly known as the National Motorcycle Museum) in Birmingham.
Designed to reward the retailers and brands that demonstrate hard work and dedication, the Awards recognises the efforts and successes of industry members. Guests will enjoy an evening with friends, colleagues and peers, offering an exclusive opportunity to network and enjoy a night of celebration with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Celebrating the creative efforts of the industry
Drawing in new customers and encouraging people to dip their toe into new footwear stores, the impact of a creative window display is not to be underestimated. With this in mind, the Shop Front of the Year title is awarded to the most inspiring and eye-catching window display in the industry. Acknowledging the time, effort and skill that goes into creating an exemplary shop front display, this category is the perfect opportunity for retailers to showcase their finest window arrangements.
Cheryl Taylor, senior editor of Footwear Today, comments: “The Shop Front of the Year award is a unique accolade designed to celebrate the wide scope of creativity in the industry. Window displays are a brilliant way to showcase new products and draw in customers, especially over the busiest time of year, and this award celebrates the originality, passion and creative efforts of those in the trade.”
All independent retailers are welcome to enter this Award. Agents and manufacturers can also nominate a retailer with a fabulous window display with the retailer’s permission. What’s more, the overall winner will receive £1,500 of holiday vouchers.
